I began my educational career in the Paris ISD at Aikin Elementary. I transferred to Chism Middle School in 6th Grade and graduatedwith honors from Chisum High in 1988.
Graduating with my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Educationn in 1997 from Texas A&m University Commercem, gave me many opportunities to be a successful educator. I taught 4th grade for 20 years in the Royse City area and I taught High school Dual Credit English for Caddo Mills ISD.
I am super excited to begin my 27th year of teaching back in the Paris ISD at PJH.
This will be my first year at PJH, however this will be my 27th year in education.
I have taught 4th grade, dual credit for TAMUC, and now I am teaching 7th grade ELAR.
I am excited to be back in Paris after 30 years away.
I have been married to my husband, Richard, for the past 30 years. We have one son, Hayden, who is a junior at TAMUC. I have two very spoiled cats named Tyrian and Cate, who are recues. My life has been a very blessed one.
