Registration

 

Please note that there are state required immunizations for all incoming seventh grade students that must be updated prior to enrolling students.

The following documentation is required for enrollment in Paris ISD. Copies of this information must remain in the student file.

  1. Proof of residency (utility bill, lease agreement, contract of sale/closing documents)
  2. Social Security card
  3. Birth certificate
  4. Immunization records
  5. Withdrawal form (from previous school district if enrolling during the school year)
  6. Last report card or transcript (if previously in high school)

These forms will be completed at the time of registration:

  1. Registration form/Student Health form
  2. Home Language Survey
  3. Information of enrolling parent/guardian
  4. Request for records

** Please be aware that PJH students are required to purchase a PJH Student Planner to use throughout the year.  The cost of the planner is $5.00 and can be purchased in the PJH Office.

Campus Information
Super Saturday

PJH students are invited to attend a series of 4 Super STAAR Saturdays that include hands on and computer activities designed to help students prepare for upcoming STAAR tests.  Super Saturday sessions are from 9:00 a.m.-Noon.  Students who plan to attend need to sign up in the office by the Wednesday before each Super Saturday.  Students who attend will be entered into weekly drawings and into a grand prize drawing and gift certificates.  Students must have their own transportation to Super Saturday, but breakfast, snacks, and transportation home will be provided.  Students should report to the PJH cafeteria by 8:45 a.m.  Click here for dates and more information.

Spring Field Trips

PJH students will have the opportunity to attend spring field trips in May.  In order to attend, students must meet field trip criteria.  Click here to view or print the parent letter and permission form, which also contains field trip information and criteria.  Field trip money and permission forms are due by May 8.
